With an ageing customer base, the future of Australia’s oldest loyalty program looked uncertain. So in 2021, we repositioned the program to a younger audience, by launching a 3-minute music video that celebrated savviness.
This unofficial anthem gave Flybuys a distinctive attitude and recognisable voice, with a cast of characters invented from a wealth of shopping data.
